Magnetic Camel Saddles

A Sahara News Broadcast

By Goo

THIS JUST IN:

Travel across the Sahara desert is currently being revolutionized by the newest camel saddle on the market: the magnetic camel saddle. Invented several years ago by a man named Adz who hails from the United Kingdom, the magnetic camel saddle or MCS has many unique properties that desert travelers find appealing.

But first, how it works.

Camels can drink and hold a great deal of water, and it is held in the humps on their backs. But, what Mr. Adz discovered was that the iron concentration in the water that they drink is staggeringly high. One day, he was chilling out in an oasis in the Sahara desert and decided “Hey, wouldn’t it be sweet if I stuck a refrigerator magnet to my camels hump?” So he did. And it looked sweet.

The MCS is basically a saddle with a bunch of magnets that sticks to the hump of the camel. Why is it useful? Instead of having to reach under your camel’s dirty belly to cinch up the saddle, all you have to do is drop it right on top of him. You can even put it on if your camel is lying down, due to the fact that it has no bottom cinch. And when you want to take it off, you just pull down and to the side and it slides right off the hump. Nothing too it! So be sure to stop in at the Sahara Saddle & Turban shop to get yours today!
